First, the receipts
Anyone can publish a roadmap. The fair question is whether the people writing it finish things.
In September 2025 we entered the Solana Cypherpunk Hackathon, run by Colosseum, with 23 days on the clock and an idea on a slide. That hackathon closed with 1,576 projects submitted by more than 9,000 builders across 150 or more countries, which made it the largest crypto hackathon held to that point. We shipped a build into it that other people logged into and played.
An Epic Games update ate six of those 23 days, which is the sort of thing that only sounds like an excuse until it happens to you. We finished anyway.
Where we are right now
September is the shooting range and the first XRPL competition: free to play, USD 1,000 to the top score, prize eligibility for Epic Fury holders. The backend went live on 5 September and the range is in development this week.
Everything below sits behind that. If the range slips, the rest of the quarter slips with it, and we would rather say so now than quietly restate the dates in December.
12 October: the Crypto World's Fair hackathon
We are entering. Hackathons are the only deadline that has ever made this project move at the speed it should, and the last one is the reason there is a game to talk about at all.
Whatever gets built goes out in Discord while it is being built, not in a write-up afterwards.
October: a second chain
The XRP Ledger round is first. One of these two is next, and we are not naming which until the integration works, because naming a chain before the work is done is how a roadmap turns into a wish list.
The backend was designed for this from day one. A competition is a row in a table and eligibility is a query against a ledger, so the second round is configuration rather than a second system to build and maintain.
November: a partnership we cannot name yet
In talks. That is the whole honest status, and it stays on the roadmap at exactly that confidence rather than being dressed up into something firmer.
If it closes, it goes on the build log with the date it closed. If it falls over, that goes on the build log too.
December: a roguelike
Designed on paper, not built. It is the mines: a dungeon crawl where you build your droid, unlock weapons, and go deeper for better ore, with the risk climbing every level you descend.
The droid half already runs. The M11 chassis is exported as 176 separate parts at roughly 100,000 triangles, and you can swap parts and watch the stats move. A prototype rather than a product, but it is the piece the roguelike depends on most, and it exists today.
What is deliberately not on this list
- A token. There is not one and there will not be. Prizes are paid in mainstream crypto, which is the only part of this that a player actually cares about.
- A launch date for the full extraction mode. Extraction and the mines are in design and guilds are planned. None of the three has a date, and inventing one is the fastest way to lose the people reading this.
Hold us to it
The roadmap dial on the home page carries the same stops as this page. If a date moves, it moves there first, and you will be able to see that it moved. The changes themselves land in Discord as they happen, usually with the clip attached the same day.
Check the work, not the promises
Discord is where the clips land first, usually the same day the change goes in. That is the fastest way to tell whether any of this is real.
